By accessing or using the AgriOllaHub platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AgriOllaHub is a digital marketplace connecting Nigerian farmers, aggregators, and buyers. Our platform facilitates:

• Listing and discovery of agricultural produce
• Contract negotiation and management
• Secure payment processing with escrow protection
• Document management for export compliance
• Quality verification and dispute resolution

3. User Accounts

To use our platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Complete identity verification (BVN verification for Nigerian users)
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Responsibilities

For Farmers:

• Provide accurate descriptions of produce quality and quantity
• Fulfill orders within agreed timelines
• Maintain proper storage and handling standards

For Aggregators:

• Conduct fair quality assessments
• Process farmer payments promptly
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions

For Buyers:

• Provide clear requirements specifications
• Make payments according to contract terms
• Respond to quality verification within agreed timeframes

5. Payments and Escrow

All transactions on AgriOllaHub use our secure escrow system:

• Buyer funds are held in escrow until delivery confirmation
• Platform commission: 2% for farmers, 1.5% for aggregators, 2.5% for buyers
• Payments are released within 48 hours of delivery confirmation
• Disputes must be raised within 7 days of delivery

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes between parties:

• Parties should first attempt direct resolution through our messaging system
• If unresolved, disputes can be escalated to AgriOllaHub mediation
• Our decision on disputes is final and binding
• Evidence must be submitted within 72 hours of dispute filing

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Providing false or misleading information
• Engaging in fraudulent activities
• Circumventing platform payment systems
• Harassment or abuse of other users
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

AgriOllaHub serves as a marketplace facilitator. We are not liable for:

• Quality of produce listed by users
• Failure of users to fulfill their obligations
• Losses due to market price fluctuations
• Force majeure events affecting deliveries

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users may also request account deletion, subject to completion of pending transactions.
